Short-Term Stay After Hospital Admission
Patients that have been admitted to a hospital for a minimum of three nights may have the option for a short-term stay in our center to receive 24-hour Nursing care and Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy up to seven-days each week. Patients may also request a short-term Respite in-patient stay for periods of a few days to several months.

In-Patient Residential Stay
Patients that require a permanent in-patient stay may be admitted from the Hospital, Assisted Living Facility or Home after receiving an admission order from their primary physician.

Specialty Programs
Our Center is focused on adding specialty clinical programs to better serve patients. In some cases, additional training and education can be provided for staff on specialized equipment and treatment programing that may enhance recovery times. SEE ALL SPECIALTY PROGRAMS

[review] => My husband went in on Thursday 22 of June .They were suppose to have a wound vac for him when he got there but no so we waited all day no vac.all they had was the bandage that the wound nurse at Duke put on .when I got there the next day still no wound vac bandage was filthy with dried blood and drainage.no wound vac.These people don't care about your loved ones.I contacted Duke and told the discharge office what had happened.Now I have to contact the right people to get better treatment for my husband

[review] => The facility is nice, the cleaning staff is one of the best I've seen in a nursing home. However, there is an unequal social infrastructure amongst the CNA's and nurses. There is no team spirit, aides throw each other under the bus constantly, resident's get aids against one another and talk behind backs, bullying becomes rampid. No help lifting or getting mechanical lifts, bells go off for many minutes at a time.
Generally, there is a toxic vibration in the air, you can feel the resentment amongst employees. I give 5 of 10 for care- It's not the worst nor best. Bells go off for many minutes at a time, there are not enough mechanical lifts to go around or willing peers to help you. The political dismay is reckless, no social/physical support, no return on merit.

[review] => Treyburn is a beautiful facility in a tranquil, picturesque location. Our staff works very hard to provide care to all of our residents in a thoughtful, loving and professional manner. I am the rehabilitation manager and part of a great team of therapists. We work with each patient to help them reach their goals and achieve their best level of independence. As part of the management team, I can say that we are trying to build community and trust with all of our staff and residents. As in any facility there are always issues and obstacles to overcome. My five star rating today is not based on any given day or circumstance, it is based on my knowledge and confidence in the team we have in place. [review] => Beautiful building, very spacious and homey. My Dad had the pleasure of being a patient about a month ago. I was shocked at the level of care that he received. After reading so many negative reviews, this building was closer to my home, so I decided to try it out. The staff was GREAT!! From the start of admission to the discharge, very smooth process. The CNA Johnetta treated my dad as if he was her father. She and the other nurses was so thoughtful and caring, showed so much compassion, as this transition was very hard for me and my family. I loved the team work and how everyone worked together in taking care of patients. Rehabilitation was phenomenal. I do not have one thing negative to say about this facility. Being that its a rehabilitation facility, you have to understand that things are not going to be perfect. I just appreciate them and their hearts to do their jobs, they took great care of my father. He was very well pleased.

It was always clean when I came to visit and is such a beautiful place, tucked away and surrounded by beautiful flowering trees. [review] => They stole $500 from my mothers trust account to apply to her balance due, rather than work that out with medicaide. This is a terrible, careless, place that I wouldn't put a prisoner in. The rooms are super dirty, they lose laundry all the time, they dont take care of basic medical needs. They wouldn't clip my mothers toenails - they let them grow so long they hurt her feet and she couldn't wear shoes. They will only provide diapers, not pullups. So a person that can actually go to the bathroom is forced to soil a diaper instead because they cant manage removing and replacing a diaper. Further, they will tell you they are under new management and they are fixing things, but my bad experience happened under the new management. So don't buy it. Run away.

After a 17 day stay and poor nursing and cna care and many complaints to the director of nursing and day and night time nursing. My daddy was sent to hospital on his 17th day which was a wendsday and was diagnosed with septic shock passed away on that Sunday. Facility was cited for several things from nc health human services. Never send a loved one to peak resources at treyburn.

[review] => CNA's are so rude, impatient and lazyyyyy. They do not love their job nor do they have a passion for it, theyre just doing it to get by. I wouldnt recommend this place to ANYONE. Halls are usually kept clean and the laundry is always clean and good. PT are friendly and so is everyone else there, just not the CNA's !!

[review] => They constantly leave people unattended for hours at a time when they press the button to call for someone, my loved one had to sit in their own waste for a hour before someone finally came and helped, they give very little and bad food, my family had to clean the room and bathroom themselves, we had to take his sheets, clothing and what not and clean them ourselves at home, this place has lazy staff that'll stand around and talk more than help our loved ones

[review] => The worse place to have put my mother in for rehab after a hip fracture. The rehab was good, but the care after and morning was pretty awful. You have to be a very compassionate person and I think there were 3 people who actually tried to help in her recovery. Very scarey! The grill is a joke they should not even offer it. The food was pretty awful too. I would recommend you go else where unless you are able to fend for yourself.

[review] => This facility is so unprofessional. The people are so lazy. I wouldn't recommend anyone to put their love one in the care of these people. My father is in this facility and he almost like to died. They sent his clothes home with feces in it. My sister washes them every week because they're not responsible enough to keep up with them. You can't trust people to take care of your loved ones because if it's not their love one they don't care. This place is a sorry, unpleasant, unprofessional. There's not enough words in my vocabulary to describe how bad this place is.

[review] => I know the last post was three year ago..but it still holds true until today. They do not clean and they do not want to bothered at all. My relative is their now and I have to go clean the room myself. His clothes go missing and we are thinking about doing his laundry ourselves. The weekend staff have the worst attitudes. I have set in a room and they did not change my day for hours or turn him. Please do not enrolled your love ones in this place.

At first I was a little nervous about being here but the Administrator assured me everything would be fine. She provided me with her number. They even provided me a room change so I could be closer to everyone and see more people. Everyone really looked out for me. I would definitely recommend this place.
